Shipping Policy

In order to provide you with the best quality service, we ship all orders with (and without) tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your order from our headquarters to your destination country.

Duties and Taxes

Countries may impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad. These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control and are paid to the governing state of the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes. If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt at our facility in the United Kingdom, you will be refunded for your order, less the costs of shipping charges incurred by Cedars UK.

 

Times and Rates

Times are subject to change due to routine checks by excise and customs officers. Shipping rates are quoted in GBP.

Note: Please allow for an extra 2-3 business days if you are ordering during holidays such as; Black Friday Weekend, Christmas time etc.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Cedars UK will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Cedars UK will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
